1976 Topps Team Set Complete at last.

I've been dragging my feet here I know.  I finally got around to looking for a 76 Hank Aaron card to complete my team set.  I looked all over. COMC, JustCommons, all my LCS's and in the end I just bought one off of eBay with free shipping. All the ones on COMC were kinda beat up for what I wanted to pay. I just got it in the mail the other day and now I can finally scratch another 1970's complete set off the list.  I decided with COMC's Black Friday shipping deal coming up and having a large credit still on the site that I would see how big of a dent I could put in my 70's need list and I have to say I pretty much nailed them all.  Now just waiting for the day after Thanksgiving to ship them all.  But until I then here is the 1976 Topps Baseball Brewers Team set, in numerical order.

Whew that's a lot of scans.  Hopefully I'll have my 72 set done here by the end of the month and that'll be next.  I'm slowly working my way through my needs on my Brewers team set so be sure to check out my master Brewers Team set need list over at Collector's Crack.

Moving and staying

Well since my Brew Crew seemed to fall apart in the NLCS I've been a sad Baseball fan. But the 107th World Series hasn't disappointed.  Anywho this is just a note to the 9 or so readers of this blog that I moved my Brewers team set want lists over to my main blog Collector's Crack.  It gets more traffic and hence the list might get a few more looksee's.  I'm still planning on posting all things Brewers over here and have no plans to disband this blog although I can't promise my posting will get anymore frequent either.

I've been a bad poster as of late but I finally found time to scan some recent acquisitions to the old Brewer collection and the Ryan Braun player collection.


First is a nice Gallardo I acquired via a trade.

And the best for last.

A triple relic with Braun, Gallardo and Hardy numbered to 9!!!

Keep on rolling Brew Crew!!!! Hopefully we can keep it together and on to the World Series.

Congrats to Prince Fielder taking home the  82nd All Star Game MVP honors, and screw all you Arizona dicks for acting like douches during the game.  Too bad the Brewers won't be able to afford the slugger in free agency but Prince is set for a huge payday next year to who ever he ends up playing for.

2011 Topps Marquee Baseball Brewers Checklist

I just signed up for a group break for this stuff.  I choose the Brew Crew as my main team and then I will randomly get a second team of the 15 that were not chosen.  I'm actually hoping for the A's since Rollie Fingers has a few cards in this set as well.  But I hemmed and hawed at actually forking up the dough for this, but to be honest the Brew Crew has a fairly nice representation in the offering. As long as Paul Molitor is in a Brewers Uni for the set and I'll assume that he is right now since I can't figure out if he is or not.
