Ryan Braun NL 2011 MVP!!!
Well it's a nice conciliation prize to not having gone to the World Series. Ryan Braun was just named this years NL MVP.
By now I'm sure anyone who's a baseball fan knows this. So congrats to the Hebrew Hammer and to Justin Verlander for his AL MVP award. And it's only 88 days till spring training!!
Just a cynical old fart, but........
ReplyDeleteVerlander is a great pitcher and all but NO WAY should he be MVP. People that only play every 4-5 days have their own award, the Cy Young. If you were to use a pitcher as an MVP, what about Mariano Rivera?
Braun now...good pick.
And I'm with you...bring on Spring Training!
